Created because we found that the games Andy's daughter had in early elementary school seemed to be lacking we aimed to blend story, skill and art into an adventure that children would continue to play.

Throughout the game students progressed from addition to subtraction in single and double didgets. Each mathmatical operation was accompanied by a change in the game's environment. Plans were made to continue with multiplication and division but were never realized.
To ensure retention as students progressed through each level incorrect answers were collected and re-tested at the end of the level with a "boss" fight, allowing the students to try again.
An early version of the project took Best in Gaming and Storytelling at AT&T’s Entertainment App Hackathon 2018. Through rigorous play testing we found that students were engaged and ready for the next release of the game.
